A word from our farm

Other sounds that are heard on our farm include "Ma Ma Ma" and the occasional "Da Da" (Daddy is usually called Ma Ma for at least ten minutes before they catch on to him not actually being Mama!)
Hudson will "Baa" as well, but he is very very busy (and intent on eating when at the table) so he is harder to catch on film! That said, he speed crawls all around the house and tries to trick us into chasing him. This week, he has also started to walk while holding onto my fingers, which is very sweet.

Visits to this farm are always free, so come on over, y'all!

In other news: Monday was a hard day for us since it meant that life was back to normal after so much fun celebrating Christmas with friends and family! I ended up having to shower while the boys were awake, so I tried to entertain them in the bathroom while I was getting ready . . . (I shut all of the upstairs doors and loaded up the hallway and bathroom with toys. You may notice the pile of books on the toilet . . . that was the only thing I could think to do that would keep Hudson from dipping his chubby little hand in the toilet (which he has done twice recently--sick!). Despite my efforts, it took about 90 seconds for them to destroy the bathroom!)

I took this picture from standing inside of the tub:
This is a disgruntled William guarding the bathroom door!
Pictures from our visit to Maryland coming soon . . .

I have yet to figure out how you have managed two precious little boys! It's a lot of work with just one :) We would love to get together with you, Hudson and William. Makes me wish for warmer weather so we could go on walks. Perhaps in a couple of weeks we could come by for a short visit? (currently trying to figure out Connor's daytime schedule and right now he seems to nap 45 min, stay awake for 1 hr). Anyway, hope all is well and it's greating hearing from you!
