After we left the beach with the Murphy family, we went straight to the mountains with the BIG Reppard crew (like Nonna, Pop-Pop, cousins, and aunts, and uncles, etc!). We had a great time celebrating many Reppard birthdays—including the big 6-0 for Hatch’s Uncle Tom! I didn’t take many pictures of everyone together, which is a shame because Uncle Tom not only wore a fabulous white 70s-looking suit, but he also donned about four different wigs throughout the night! It was a very fun and busy trip—we loved being with everyone!
Annabug snoozing while the boys played!
One of Hudsey’s favorite outdoor activities is to ‘wing! And, ‘wing, he did!
Checking out the creek with Aunt Courtney!
The next day, we took a family trip to the petting zoo. Aside from a hungry pig who “eated” Hudsey’s arm (not the pig pictured below, and it was a scratch—nothing too traumatic!), it was a big hit!
Making eye-to-eye contact with a bunny is always a great idea.
Loving on the goats!
And, Hudsey was a helpful farm hand when it came to cleaning . . .
. . . while William focused more on the feeding aspects of the farm . . .
As a result of the boys’ new farm-hand skills, I am fairly certain they can now completely care for Dog-Dog themselves! We’ll see how that goes . . .
