Although Anna was sad to leave her beautifully decorated crib at the hospital, we were eager to get home last Thursday! And, yes, it has taken me a week to post these pictures . . . be forewarned that if our blog suffers it is because a) we are chasing boys, b) staring at our adorable lovebug, OR c) our eyes have spontaneously shut and will not open again!
We got Miss Anna all dressed up for the ride home!
Somehow, we managed to have the same hospital room that we had with the twins (Hatch got his own bed—lucky Daddy!), and one of the greatest things was that several of my wonderful nurses from last time were my nurses again. I LOVE nurse Margaret—she sent us home when we had the boys, and she bid us farewell with Anna, too. She is so sweet!
Welcome Home!
The boys ADORE their sister . . . it is so sweet to watch them with her. They always want to know “what Anna doin’?” . . .
William says “HI An-NA!” about 25 times a day, and Hudson is especially interested in trying out Anna’s paci, bottles, and bouncey seats. They are wonderful big brothers!
Please excuse the blur . . . I am simultaneously trying to take pictures and protect Anna from being smooshed by her brothers’ love!
We have spent a lot of time staring at our sweet girl . . . we really just love her so much!
Oh, the CHEEKS!
On Saturday, we asked Hudson what he wanted to do, and without hesitation, he screamed “AN-MALS!” So, off to Maymont we went . . . now, don’t be misled here . . . it took us about 11 hours to get our act together and 4 out of the 5 of us cried on the way there, but once we were there, it was great. :)
Our new routine . . . Anna in the stroller and the boys “helpin’” to push!
Checking out the flowers and bugs with Daddy
Checking on Baby sis . . .
We think Anna liked the bunnies the most at Maymont . . . but we’re not really sure . . .
Miss Priss met Mr. Precious this weekend, too! She thought he was very fun!
Lovin’ on Auntie Katie
