A big week!

This week was great and quite full for us all! We played with several friends . . . Anna, Grayson, Max, and Neveah (they last two are our b/g twin friends!), both babies learned to roll from their backs to their tummies (which means, no more swaddling during naps or at night . . . which means a few days of less sleep for us all!), the boys are learning to love their new toy--the lovely exersaucer, both babies have colds and Hudson got his first ear infection (poor baby!), and Will and Hudson received their very first wedding invitation in the mail to Auntie Katie's wedding!! So we were over visiting Sugie yesterday (and helping with wedding planning fun) and we realized that Will picked up a fun new activity. Our boys have become aware of their voices and they are also making some crazy noises! Since this new discovery, Will has not stopped doing this! Bibs, here we come! (Sorry for the delay in the middle . . . I haven't mastered editing the video yet!)

We've had a crazy week with trying to get back into the swing of things here in Richmond. We took Will in for a check-up on his eye, and we are grateful that the doctor said we are in the clear. He is using his eye well, so we are just supposed to be sure that he is opening it easily, etc., etc., and we'll go back for monthly visits.

Will and Hudson have started to notice each other a little more this week . . . more than once they have smiled and talked at each other! It is such fun to see our sweet boys interacting! Both babies are quite chatty (Hudson woke up today at 5:45 to give us a 15 minute monologue before dozing back off) which makes us wonder if there will ever be a silent moment in the Reppard home . . . something tells me that Reppards and silence are not a common combo! ha ha! Hoppy Easter Chubby Bunnies!

We had a great time celebrating Easter together on Sunday. We've been reading with the boys in their Children's Bible about Easter . . . and Jesus' love for us and the life He gives us through His death on the cross. We were excited to be together as a family on Easter Sunday!

The chubby bunnies themselves . . . Hudson and Will! We took the boys to the doctor today for their 4 month check up and they are BIG BOYS!

Hudson is weighing in at 16lbs, 11 oz (up from 11lbs at 2mos!) and is 26 in long.

Will weighs 14lbs 8 oz (up from 10lbs at 2 mos!) and is 24.5 in long!

Home again, Home again . . . y'all!

We all had a great time in Charleston! It was such fun to visit with our family and to take the babies out on the town. Uncle Christopher has quite the set up down there, and it was great to see his world! (We are very jealous!) The babies were major troopers . . . it took us over 10 hours to get down there and Hudson and Will did a great job hanging in there!

We can't believe that Hudson and William are already FOUR months old! Crazy! They won't fit in their sweet little outfits that they wore home from the hospital (and that we put them in at 2 and 3 mos!) . . . but we have some fun pictures to share anyway! Enjoy!

We head out this afternoon for our first trip outside of the City of Richmond . . . off to Charleston we go! We are going to see Uncle Christopher, and the boys could not be more excited! (sidenote: it is AMAZING how many things you pack for two babies for one week!!) We'll update the blog once we return! Here are the latest photos:
