we rounded out last weekend with some fun celebrating . . . one of our many hoorahs was for cousin marshall’s graduation! we had a great ole time . . .

My sweet, sweet Nana has been struggling with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and is quickly declining . . . this last week has been very sad and hard in a number of ways. Sugie and I have been tag-teaming the babes while the other one helps our Nan. I had a cute little pair with me at Target this week!
And, it seems that Sister may love Target as much as her mama! ha!
While I was with Nana one day this week, one of our dearest sitters and friends, Ashley, came to the rescue and kept my little ones at the last minute. I am tremendously grateful for her! They love being with Miss Ash, can you tell?

When visiting Nana this week, she asked me to take a picture of this little man. She has been faithfully praying for Jesus to fully heal his little eye since the beginning . . .
Let me also share what happened this Thursday morning . . . I was getting Anna ready to get in the bath and she ran off in her bare necessities . . . the next thing I know, Hudson screams “OH NO! ANNA POOPED ON THE CARPET! AND TINKLED!” We had just finished cleaning up the boys’ toilet paper-ing of the bathroom when we were onto the poop incident . . . and shortly after that, the boys threw about 100 tiny plastic diaper trash bags all over their bedroom . . . all of this before 9am . . . and we had prospective buyers show up at our door a mere 90 minutes later. WILD TIMES!
Below is an example of their creativity and energy put to GOOD use! The boys tried to tie the car to the wago’—I love the creativity! Does it get any more fun that playing with Uncle Judah? Look at this crew!
In the midst of the wildness of the week, we had a big ole birthday bash for our Sweet Bumpa! (Please excuse Anna picking her nose. Manners, Sister, Manners!) Happy Day and TGIF to Bumpa! And, yes, the tiny bakers made his cake!

Yesterday, we went to help Aunt Katie get her nursery ready for that cute new baby (3 more weeks-ish!) and “Untle Bet” gave Anna a big ole Lollipop! So exciting!
Last night, when we went to see Nana, we had some outside time . . . it was so funny watching Anna try to climb into the truck! So cute! And determined!
Would you pray for our Nana? For peace and rest for her, and for her to remember that Jesus loves her and is for her? And for grace and wisdom for all of us who love her and are caring for her? Thank you!
